wellness + beauty.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with some amazing brands over the years within the wellness and beauty spaces. Because of both my professional background in nutrition, and my passion for wellbeing– I am dedicated to staying up to date with relevant, high-quality research as well as trends within the space. This provides me with the opportunity to share my favorite practices and products from a place of authenticity and education. I’m always trying new things but am selective with the brands I choose to work with to ensure the values and formulations align with my personal health goals and professional philosophies.

pregnancy + parenthood.

As a Mom of (almost!) two and Prenatal, Birth, and Postpartum Doula, I have had the opportunity to try many products within the pregnancy, postpartum, and baby care spaces. Not only am I dedicated to researching the best of the best for my family, but I have also had the privilege of working with dozens of families in the Los Angeles area; and have enjoyed helping them filter through the market to find what works best for them and their lifestyle. My passion for wellness extends into my journey as a parent where I value brands, products, and practices that focus on providing the best to families with their health and wellbeing in mind.

food.

Some people eat to live… I fall into the category of those that live to eat! Food has always been at the center of my life. Even though I am intentional about what I put into my body, I’m unable to sacrifice flavor, variety, and presentation. You will always catch me plating and garnishing my meals, even if they won’t be captured on Instagram stories. I value and prioritize grass-fed meats, pasture-raised eggs, regenerative dairy, wild-caught seafood, healthy fats, and organic-when-possible ingredients; while also recognizing the value of what I call “social nutrition.” i.e. eating a beautiful meal without restriction surrounded by those you love is often a healthier practice than scarfing down a “nutritionally perfect” salad at your desk. My goal is to share recipes, tips, and resources to help families achieve their health and nutrition goals (without sacrificing time, fun, and flavor).

home + fashion.

You look good, you feel good. Design is at the top of my core values and my environment has always had a huge affect on how I feel. I take pride in making our home a space we want to be in (and WILL find my way around any limitations that come with being renters), along with feeling confident (and comfortable) in how I present myself that day– whether its a cute loungewear set for WFH or getting dressed up for a date night (and all of the grocery store trips and school drop-offs in between). I aim to source affordable, versatile, and timeless pieces while focusing on high-quality, made-to-last materials.

I have had a ton of fun finding my personal style while dressing my bump and love working with brands that provide pieces that will grow with me through the rest of my pregnancy and take me through all of the changes that come with postpartum– without sacrificing style.
