Creamy Fat-Free Caesar Dressing

INGREDIENTS:

2/3 cup of silken tofu

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

2 tbsp. white miso

1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar

1 tsp. dijon mustard

2 tsp. nutritional yeast

1 1/2 tsp. dried dill

2 tsp. garlic powder (or to taste)

1/2 tsp. each salt and pepper (or to taste)

DIRECTIONS:

Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy and add liquid as needed. Adjust seasonings to taste.
